Xiao Chen, M.S. in Creativity, is ICSC’s China Program representative and serves as an adjunct faculty member. Her mission is to ignite people’s natural creativity and bring her expertise to China. She is an educator, facilitator and consultant, who has provided workshops, trainings and speeches for a wide variety of organizations For instance, Ms. Chen delivered presentations and workshop to such organizations as Disney China, Aloma D Johnson Charter School, the American Women Association, and SUNY-Buffalo State.
