Tamara L. McMillan, M.S., is the Associate Director of Student Life for Leadership at SUNY Buffalo State.  She’s an award winning Lecturer who teaches a course in the nature and nurture of Creativity and Disruptive Change Leadership.  Known for her training and facilitation skills.  Tamara provides leadership workshops and seminars for different campus departments and student clubs and organizations like United Students Government, Residence Life, Orientation, and the Greek community to name a few.  She’s qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, and an Advanced Trainer for FourSight.  Additionally, as a consultant, she provides workshops, presentations, keynotes and training events. Tamara has a Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from SUNY Buffalo State.  She was one of ten speakers for the inaugural TEDxBuffaloWomen conference held in Buffalo, NY in December 2012.
