Lee Ann Dickerson was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and lives in Western New York with her husband and three children. Lee Ann attended Villa Maria College of Buffalo from 1996 to 1999 where she studied Interior Design and graduated with an AS in Elementary Education. She attended Buffalo State College from 1999-2004 as an undergraduate and graduate student. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Psychology and a minor in Creative Studies. After, Lee Ann continued her studies at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College and received her masters in Creativity and Change Leadership in 2004. Upon completing her degrees Lee Ann began teaching in the West Seneca Central School District. She worked as a Fifth Grade and Kindergarten Teacher for over ten years. She enjoyed working closely with all of her colleagues, parents, and older students as an experienced Odyssey of the Mind Coach. Lee Ann Dickerson has now joined the esteemed faculty at The International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State where she is the Manager of International Certificate Programs. In her free time, Lee Ann loves to spend time with her family, ski, devour books, and travel.
